Chepstow Apple Day - FREE family event

Sunday, 29th October 2017 @ 11.00am – 4.00pm

The Drill Hall, Lower Church St, Chepstow, NP16 5HJ

Chepstow Apple Day is a great event celebrating everything connected with the humble apple!

Bring your own apples for pressing juice, and start a traditional cider on the day before, Saturday, 28th October 2017!

Including…

  • Apple varieties competition, apple identification, apples for sale
  • Apple pressing and cider demonstrations
  • Local cider and perry tastings and sales of cider, perry and apple juice
  • Cookery competition
  • Sales of apple trees, apple-related products, foods, books, arts and crafts
  • Children’s crafts, art and activities (Bug hunt, apple creatures)
  • Competitions for all the family (Longest apple peel, guess the weight of the pumpkin, how many apples)
  • Raffle
  • ‘Costermongers’ lunches’ and light refreshments on sale throughout the day
  • Riversimple hydrogen Eco car on display
  • Performance by The Widders
